CSR Manager

That is why we are looking for a CSR Manager who values sustainability, inclusion, good employerhood, and a responsible way of doing business.

That is why we are looking for a CSR Manager who will help these themes grow further within our organization. You will take full responsibility for this theme. You will provide direction to our policy and ensure that ambitions are converted into concrete results.

You will work closely with management, HR, internal committees, and colleagues from across the entire organization. Additionally, you will represent OGD at a group level within BBTG and make an important contribution to the annual ESG reports. You will also play an important role in tenders by providing strong and convincing CSR content. With your enthusiasm and expertise, you know how to make sustainability tangible and inspire colleagues to contribute actively to it.

You will be involved in:

• developing, maintaining, and improving the CSR policy and CSR management system;

• preparing the annual CSR report and managing reports such as EcoVadis;

• collaborating with management, HR, and internal committees regarding sustainable initiatives;

• representing OGD at a group level within BBTG and contributing to ESG reports;

• organizing activities and projects that stimulate sustainability within OGD;

• providing substantive CSR input for tenders and bids;

• maintaining relationships with external partners and suppliers that contribute to our CSR objectives.

• knowledge of CSR-related laws and regulations, such as SDGs and CSRD, is a plus;

• experience with organizational structures and stakeholder management is a plus;

• experience with audits is a plus;

• a degree or work experience in the field of sustainability management, environmental sciences, global business & sustainability, or similar is a plus.
