Application Administrator Developer TOPdesk

As a Developer within the TOPdesk teams, you bring ideas to life by converting them into reliable and user-friendly solutions. You actively contribute ideas regarding the technical implementation of new functionalities and realize these in TOPdesk. In doing so, you automate processes and work on integrations with other systems.

As a TOPdesk Developer, you will work within two of our specialized TOPdesk teams. You are flexibly deployable but will initially work within the Rijkswaterstaat (RWS) team. This team consists of seventeen colleagues who are collectively responsible for the management and further development of multiple TOPdesk environments. Rijkswaterstaat is an organization with many different departments, each with their own challenges and needs.

For team Omnia, among other things, you will handle non-standard changes for various TOPdesk environments for multiple clients. These can be complex challenges that you convert into tangible results with creativity and precision. In doing so, you will collaborate with the ten motivated colleagues of team Omnia.

That makes your work varied and challenging. You work closely with your teammates and the customers, partly from one of our offices in Delft or Utrecht and partly from home via Teams meetings.

You are a good fit for this role if you are analytical and get energy from building smart and efficient solutions in a complex environment. Experience with TOPdesk or other ITSM tools is a plus. Experience with APIs and Agile/Scrum working is a bonus. It is also important that you take ownership and want to continue growing in your profession.
