If you have a demonstrable affinity with IP and/or data/tech regulation, and you are in the final stage of your bachelor's or are pursuing your master's, we would love to meet you.

• Legal bachelor (final stage) or master
• Civil effect (or you intend to obtain this)
• Demonstrable interest in the fields of IP, data/privacy, and cybersecurity
• You are eager to learn, proactive, and enthusiastic
• Fluent in both Dutch and English

The role

We are looking for motivated students who want to work in our team for two months on exciting and challenging matters at the cutting edge.

Within an international team context, we handle complex matters that often take place in multiple jurisdictions simultaneously. Within intellectual property, we litigate both before the Dutch courts and before the Unified Patent Court. We also litigate on the subject of data protection on behalf of international clients, for example against regulators or in collective actions. The team combines this litigation practice with advisory work within these legal areas, including in mergers and acquisitions.

Hiring process

Through a two-month student internship, we give you the opportunity to gain practical experience and get to know the firm in a challenging way. During these two months, your personal development is the priority. Through our motto 'Excellent, and not too serious', we create an environment in which you are constantly challenged, but where there is certainly also room for humor.
