In this role, you will work at the intersection of law, technology, and healthcare - a domain within which digitalization offers enormous opportunities to ensure the quality, accessibility, and affordability of care and health. Together with clients, you help translate legal frameworks into workable solutions that enable innovation and contribute to a future-proof healthcare sector.  

• You are creative, tech-minded, analytical, and keep a close eye on technological and societal developments
• You are able to translate complex regulations into concrete advice that truly aligns with (the needs of) practice
• You advise on digital laws and regulations in healthcare, for both healthcare providers and companies (ICT&Life Sciences), such as the AI Act, Data Act and European Health Data Space (EHDS), EU Medical Devices Regulation/IVDR
• You develop legal strategies for, among others, healthcare institutions, IT/MedTech companies, or governments
• You work in multidisciplinary teams on various assignments, where you take responsibility for the TechLaw&Privacy aspects

As a senior consultant, you are part of the TechLaw&Privacy team of KPMG Advisory. This is a dynamic, multidisciplinary, and fast-growing team working on varied digitalization projects in (highly) regulated sectors, including the healthcare sector. You help identify legal opportunities and challenges and integrate them into the design and implementation of project objectives. Additionally, you play an important role in the further development of this young, ambitious team.
