Tech Lead

You are a Tech Lead who builds, provides direction, and sets the pace. You switch effortlessly between architecture, code, and team, and bring people along in choices that truly matter. Furthermore, you possess:

• Demonstrable experience with cloud-native solutions (Azure and/or AWS);
• Affinity with AI (LLMs, RAG, agents) and the ability to apply this pragmatically;
• A builder mentality: you automate everything you can (IaC, CI/CD, scripting, and AI agents);
• Comfort with responsibility for architecture, quality, and delivery;
• Experience mentoring engineers and building a strong team;
• You can quickly grasp what is happening and make decisive choices;
• HBO/WO thinking level, but more importantly: you get things done;
• You speak Dutch and live in the Randstad;
