Tech Lead

• A gross salary between €6,800 - €8,700 per month (based on 40 hours).

As a Tech Lead / Staff Engineer, you help multiple teams within your domain to make the right technical choices and work collectively towards the same goals. You bring structure to complex issues, create alignment between teams, and ensure that architecture, engineering, and business objectives align.

You support teams in developing and simplifying architectures, guide technical decision-making, and help engineers to document choices in, for example, Architectural Decision Records (ADRs). Additionally, you facilitate workshops on topics such as Event Storming, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Team Topologies, and socio-technical systems to provide teams with direction and insight.

You also play an important role in improving engineering practices, coaching engineers, and stimulating innovation. You explore new technologies, support the shaping of future architectures, and contribute to organization-wide initiatives in areas such as observability, SLIs/SLOs, and AI-assisted software development.
