Associate Lawyer Administrative and Environmental Law

• A salary between €5,804 and €8,405 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience, based on 40 hours per week. Supplemented with excellent secondary benefits, including 28 vacation days, study leave days, and two fixed leave days.

You will start as an associate lawyer in administrative and environmental law in a practice where you are at home in the world of government. You will be given plenty of room to take responsibility, advise clients, and further develop yourself within a versatile practice.

• You will work for provinces, municipalities, water boards, healthcare providers, and businesses.

• You will advise clients on issues within administrative law, environmental law, and matters of public order.

• You will draft legal documents, litigate before the administrative court, and guide permit applications and spatial planning procedures.

• You will work closely with experienced lawyers and actively share your knowledge with colleagues and clients.

• You will follow developments within the field and contribute to the further development of the practice.

You have experience within administrative and environmental law and enjoy working on issues with social impact. You navigate easily in an administrative environment and know how to translate legal complexity into practical solutions.
