Our lawyers assist clients in proceedings before national courts, the European Patent Office, and the Unified Patent Court (UPC). You will be working in a young and dynamic team. The cases you handle are cross-border in nature and are often handled in international teams. Hearings take place both domestically and abroad.
For our Amsterdam patent practice, we are looking for an associate with three to eight years of experience.
You will work independently on complex patent cases. You are a substantive sparring partner for clients and colleagues and actively contribute to the further development of the practice both domestically and abroad.
