• A salary of €4,488 to €9,337 gross per month (scale 62)
• A 36-hour work week.
• 144 hours of statutory leave (based on full-time employment) + extra leave depending on age (at least one week).

NS is investing heavily in Data & AI. From generative AI solutions and coding assistants to agentic AI applications: the use of AI is growing rapidly and has increasing impact on our services, business operations, and travelers. Within NS Cybersecurity, you will contribute to the further design and continuous development of the Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS).

You direct the development and application of AI risk management within NS. You map out risks, advise on appropriate control measures, and support management, product teams, and business departments in making responsible choices. You work in a complex stakeholder environment, connecting diverse interests and providing direction based on your expertise.

Thanks to your expertise in risk and security and your ability to translate frameworks into practice, you are of invaluable importance in:

• Executing and coordinating AI risk analyses for new types of AI applications and trends.

• Researching and translating innovations, frameworks, standards, reports, articles, and other open-source sources relevant to AI risks into policy goals, and supporting the design and implementation of work instructions and measures within NS.

• Assessing AI systems for risks, such as cybersecurity, compliance, and ethical issues, as a second-line cyber and AI risk expert within the AI assessment process, where your advice forms an important basis for decision-making.

• Monitoring control measures and reporting on organization-wide risks, progress, and compliance.

• Advising management, architecture, privacy, security, data, and business teams on complex AI-related issues.
