• A salary between € 5,517 and € 9,337 gross per month (based on a 36-hour work week), depending on your knowledge and experience.

You will work on the stations of the future! As a Domain Solution Architect, you are responsible for designing, monitoring, and realizing end-to-end IT solutions for two of the NS Stations business domains, namely real estate development and Station Management & Operations.

Station Management & Operations is concerned with the management and daily operation of stations. They ensure that the stations function well, are safe and clean, and that facilities for travelers are available and operational.

Real Estate Development focuses on the development and management of real estate around or related to stations. They, for example, redevelop existing buildings and look for commercial opportunities to exploit real estate.

You ensure that IT solutions align with the business objectives, architecture principles, and technical standards of the organization.

Thanks to your advisory skills and organizational sensitivity, you are of invaluable importance in:

• Creating and communicating a clear architecture vision for your domain for all of NS Stations, including ensuring support.

• Together with other architects and business analysts, inventorying needs and issues in order to translate these into possible scenarios, desired solutions, and implementable solution architecture.

• Safeguarding that new IT solutions fit within the broader IT landscape of NS (stations) and comply with NS-wide IT and security standards.

• Taking responsibility for identifying and, if necessary, requesting prioritization of technical and architectural deviations.

• Providing requested and unrequested advice on frameworks and guidelines, solution directions, etc.

• Taking responsibility for the architectural runway, technology roadmap, and lifecycle management.

• Monitoring technological developments and trends within transport, real estate, and digitalization to identify innovative possibilities and make them applicable.
