• You will manage a maximum of 50 employees, spread across several stores
• You create a positive working atmosphere and know how to motivate your teams.
• You ensure good staffing levels and conduct work meetings.
• You monitor the quality, presentation, and customer friendliness of the stores.
• You are the point of contact for employees, customers, and safety partners.
• You solve problems that floor managers cannot solve themselves.
• You actively work in the store and support the team where necessary.
• You analyze turnover and cost results and contribute ideas for improvements.

For this vacancy, you are flexibly deployable both during the week and on the weekend within the opening hours of the various locations.

At Kiosk and the StationsHuiskamer, everything revolves around hospitality and providing a pleasant experience to travelers at the station. At Kiosk, travelers can stop by for a nice cup of coffee, fresh croissants, healthy salads, and snacks. In the StationsHuiskamer, you create a warm and inviting place in the middle of the station where travelers can feel at home for a moment.
As assistant cluster manager, you will work on the floor for about half of your time. This way, you know what is happening in the stores and can help colleagues effectively. The other half of your time, you are busy with planning, store coordination, and the development of your colleagues. A varied role, in which you learn a lot about leadership, organizing, and collaborating in a dynamic environment.

• You already have experience in leading and coaching a team, for example in retail, hospitality, or another dynamic environment. You know how to achieve results together while maintaining a good atmosphere.
• You derive energy from developing people and guiding their growth
• You communicate clearly. You switch easily between different people and engage your team in a positive way
• You see what can be improved, think in solutions, and take action
• You adapt easily to an environment that is constantly changing
• You speak Dutch at B1 level

• This position is classified in job group 6 of the hospitality collective labor agreement (horeca-cao). Are you 20 years or older? Then the salary is €2,645 to €3,289 gross per month (38 hours) excluding any allowances. Are you younger than 20 years? Then the collective labor agreement youth wage applicable to your age applies
• Additional employment conditions on top of the CAO
• This concerns a temporary contract for 7 months due to replacement during leave
• Working with a fixed number of hours per week. Flexible shifts, not a nine-to-five job
• The dynamics of the station and fun colleagues
• Up to 60% discount at various shops at the station
• Possible reimbursement of your travel expenses up to a maximum of €10.50 per day (from 10 km). We do not reimburse parking costs and do not have fixed parking spaces (unless otherwise indicated)
