• As the right hand of the Store Manager, you are co-responsible for the optimization of tasks in the store and for the sales results
• You ensure that the store always looks tip-top and you perform the necessary routine tasks to achieve this
• You roll out weekly campaigns to attract customers
• You radiate positivity and motivate your colleagues to do the same: you sell our products with a smile
• You support the Store Manager in managing and coaching your colleagues and provide them with sales training and tips & tricks
