Assistant Store Manager in Nijmegen

• A gross salary between €3,000 - €3,800 per month (based on 40 hours, in which you have 3 roster-free hours).

As an Assistant Store Manager, you are a true thinker and doer. Together with the Store Manager, you ensure that our store is commercially strong, processes run smoothly, and customers feel seen.

• You commit yourself to one of our two store sides. In Process & Goods Processing, you are responsible for well-running and efficient processes, a goods flow that is in order, and a well-stocked and clean store. In Customer & Commerce, you translate customer needs into an attractive store image and a strong commercial plan.
• You help your team grow by listening and doing something with their ideas. Together you celebrate successes and you are honest when something can be improved. In this way, you build a culture of trust and results together.
• Every day, you and your team make strides in terms of figures, such as shrinkage and labor costs. To determine where the areas for improvement lie, you analyze the available data. Together with the input from your colleagues and customers, you bundle this into an 'Every day better' plan.
• You create commercial plans and promote local involvement. You encourage colleagues to think about tastings and you think along about suitable social content, collaborations, and community involvement.
• You devise and implement improvements that make processes easier, more efficient, or less error-prone. In this way, you ensure that your team can handle peak moments with ease.
• You are present on the shop floor a lot, so that you see what is happening. You discover how a process adjustment works in practice, you see for yourself how a colleague develops, and you lead your team through busy moments. You actively involve yourself in the daily operation, whereby you, for example, also occasionally open or close the store.
