Assistant Horeca Manager LOAF

• Completed MBO education at level 4, preferably in the hospitality or catering direction
• At least 3 years of work experience in hospitality, of which 2 years in a leadership role
• Energy, decisiveness, and a sharp eye for quality and hospitality
• Team spirit and a sense of responsibility: you never stand on the sidelines

• An attractive salary: €3,045 to €3,786 (based on 38 hours and depending on experience), excluding any allowances and tips
• 8% holiday allowance and an annual bonus of one week's salary
• Up to €17.60 travel allowance per day
• Extra night allowance of up to 50%

What else you need to know:
Because you will be working at Schiphol, you need an airport pass. We will arrange this for you, but to be eligible, you must have been registered with a Dutch municipality continuously for the past eight years. After your application, a security screening follows which takes approximately four weeks. After that, you can get to work behind customs.

• Enjoying job interviews and guiding new team members
• Motivating the team so they work every shift with energy and pleasure
• Ensuring that all HACCP rules, safety standards, and procedures are strictly followed
• Identifying opportunities and smart improvements in work processes
• Sparring with the Horeca Manager about figures, results, and tomorrow's course
