• A market-conform salary starting from € 3016,- per month based on 40 hours per week, depending on your experience;

You are the face of your Blokker store. You know better than anyone how important a warm welcome and personal service are. This is essential for a Store Manager in which you are responsible for an optimal store and knowledge of the assortment, which consists of approximately 3000 products (yes, that is quite a lot 😉)

You have experience as a supervisor, in which you held ultimate responsibility for your own store. Through this experience, you are able to delegate and you coach your team in customer orientation and a good shopping experience. You get satisfaction from achieving turnover budgets, have an eye for cost control, and you know how to set up and maintain a store well and neatly.

Of course, you are open to feedback, from our customers and colleagues, but also from the younger generation within your team. You keep up with the times, even if this means you sometimes have to step outside your comfort zone.
