Assistant Branch Manager (maternity leave replacement)

As assistant branch manager, you will be the right hand of the branch manager during a colleague's maternity leave, and together you will ensure that everything runs smoothly at our locations in Ruurlo and Eibergen. You ensure that schedules, work plans, and safety and health plans are in order, maintain oversight of the quality of the locations, and are a trusted point of contact for colleagues and interns. Do you see that something can be done better or smarter? Then you take care of it. Additionally, you will work two afternoons at BSO Op d'n Esch. Flexibility is important, because you will step in extra wherever necessary. During holiday periods, this also means that you will regularly work extra hours with the group. Together with your colleagues, you create a pleasant environment for children, parents, and employees.

• You are available for approximately 24 to 26 hours per week (in consultation), of which approximately 18 hours as assistant branch manager and two afternoons at BSO Op d'n Esch (Monday and Thursday).
• You have one fixed day off per week.
• A temporary position from January through August 2027 due to a colleague's maternity leave.
