As an Assistant Store Manager at Blokker, you are, together with the Store Manager, responsible for the success of your store. Is the Store Manager absent? Then you carry the responsibility for your store! A challenging task where your versatility will truly shine. Your store, in which you love to roll up your sleeves to make it successful! You are responsible for customer satisfaction, the turnover of your store, and of course, for your team. Together you are the face of your Blokker store. You know better than anyone how important a warm welcome and personal service are. You motivate your team to give every customer sincere attention and to go that extra mile. Because you believe: a satisfied customer returns - and tells others. You are a go-getter and you are bursting with energy! You hard need this as an Assistant Store Manager in which you are responsible for an optimal store and knowledge of the assortment, which consists of approximately 4000 products (yes, that is quite a lot 😉)

You have experience as a supervisor, in which you were co-responsible for your own store. Through this experience, you are able to delegate and you coach your team in customer orientation and a good shopping experience. You get joy from achieving turnover budgets, and you know how to set up and maintain a store well and neatly.

Of course, you are open to feedback, from our customers and colleagues, but also from the younger generation within your team. You keep up with the times, even if this means you sometimes have to step outside your comfort zone.

You have leadership skills, are loyal, integer, and know that leadership consists of strong coaching and powerful collaboration.
