Facilities department
The Service Department Facilities aims to 'relieve' the primary process (patient care, research, and education) by providing housing facilities, products, and services. Our mission is 'Our service = your success!'.
We provide our services from four process groups, namely Reception & Business Safety, Logistics, Technical, and Catering. Supporting activities for the Facilities Department are housed within the Operations department. We do all this with an enthusiastic and expert team of employees.

We make our mission a success by:
Being in control. This means we are 'in control' regarding the products and services we purchase as well as our own service provision.
Staying agile. Our environment changes frequently. As a Facilities Department, we must move along with supply and demand. This requires flexible, sustainably deployable employees.
Being connected. Customer inquiries will be handled integrally from our Facilities Department. We give more than just a direct answer to the question. Where possible, we work intensively with the other service companies.
We measure our success by the satisfaction of our guests, employees, and suppliers and by the pillars of effectiveness & efficiency, financial health, risk management & safety.
