As workshop manager, you ensure that everything in the workshop runs like clockwork. You monitor the planning, maintain control over staffing, and drive quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Together with the service advisors, you ensure that expectations are met and customers are helped quickly and well.

You provide daily leadership to a team of mechanics, coach them in their development, and are the first point of contact for technical or organizational issues. You identify bottlenecks before they arise, adjust where necessary, and ensure a safe, pleasant working environment in which craftsmanship and collaboration are central.

You are a coaching leader who maintains an overview and enjoys taking responsibility. You know how to connect people, communicate clearly, and switch gears quickly when the planning requires it. With your experience and technical knowledge, you provide calm, structure, and a team that works with pleasure and pride every day.
