As a Working Foreman at Louwman Exclusive and Lexus, you will combine your technical knowledge with a responsible role in the workshop. You are an experienced automotive technician who not only enjoys wrenching yourself, but also takes the lead, maintains an overview, and helps colleagues progress.

You distribute the tasks, monitor the planning, and set priorities. At the same time, you personally contribute to maintenance, repairs, and complex diagnostics.
Thanks to your experience, you know what to look for, recognize technical challenges, and ensure that the work is carried out according to the correct quality standards. You are the first point of contact for mechanics and coordinate with the service advisors regarding the progress of work. You also guide colleagues with difficult technical issues, check the quality of the work performed, and ensure a safe, neat, and well-organized workshop.

We are looking for an experienced foreman who knows his craft and knows how to keep a workshop running. You have experience in managing mechanics, monitor planning and quality, and also enjoy rolling up your sleeves.
