Sales Advisor in Arnhem

Will you be helping customers on their way with their new bike soon?
In our store in Ede, we are looking for an enthusiastic sales advisor who gets energy from helping and advising customers. Whether someone stops by for an e-bike, a city bike, or a children's bike: you listen to their wishes, think along, and ensure the customer leaves the door with the right bike and a good feeling.

Together with your colleagues, you ensure a pleasant atmosphere in the store and a shop presentation you can be proud of.

As a sales advisor, you are the first point of contact for customers who walk into our store. You help them find the bicycle that best fits their wishes and usage. With your advice and enthusiasm, you make the difference in the purchasing process.

Has a customer made their choice? Then you ensure everything is correct: from the order to thinking along about handy accessories such as panniers, locks, or child seats.

• Advise your customers on different types of bicycles, such as e-bikes, city bikes, transport bikes, and children's bikes

• Ensure a neat and organized store

• Replenish stock and presentation in the store where necessary

• Process orders and administrative tasks that belong to the sales process

• Think along with customers regarding questions, complaints, or service requests

• Willingness to work structurally on Saturdays (evening shopping is a plus)

• Customer-oriented communication and the ability to conduct advisory conversations that lead to a purchase

• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written

• Basic digital skills (cash register systems, inventory management, and order processing)

• Representative appearance and a proactive work attitude

• Affinity with or interest in the bicycle industry / mobility

• Experience with accessory sales and upselling

• Experience with omnichannel retail (store + online orders)

• A full-time or part-time job as a sales advisor within a friendly and enthusiastic team, with one shared passion: the electric bicycle!

• Salary € 2,871.- to € 3,658.- gross (40 hours, depending on experience, CAO)

• 24 vacation days (full-time) + 8% holiday allowance paid out monthly
