The role

Your role as an ICT intern at KPN Onsite Servicedesk in Diemen consists of the following activities:

What you'll do

As an Onsite Servicedesk employee, you are broadly deployable and will deal with various IT issues.
You will become acquainted with ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, and Problem Management.
You will work with and become acquainted with various tools, including systems in the customer environment.
Daily, you will have contact with end users, partners, and/or suppliers in various ways.
You will develop your communication skills, learn how asset management goes hand in hand with logistics and administration, and learn how to make the customer and end users happy with your expertise.
You will work closely in a team of enthusiastic colleagues.
You will put theory into practice and grow as a person.
Do you have extra interest? Then there are plenty of opportunities to broaden yourself, if you roll up your sleeves!

Welcome to the Onsite Servicedesk team in Diemen! Here, you will work together with KPN colleagues at the headquarters of one of our Large Corporate Market customers. We have mentored many interns over the past few years, and they were all enthusiastic about their time with us. With us, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and fun are central.
