Sales Advisor / Sales Adviseur

• Minimum mbo+ work and thinking level;
• An availability of at least one day during the weekend and/or on shopping evenings;
• Experience in an advisory or commercial role is a plus, for example within retail, hospitality, or catering;
• Affinity with premium products and customer experience;
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

As a Sales Advisor, you are the face of the Miele Experience Center in Amsterdam, Vianen, The Hague, or Eindhoven. You advise customers on our premium household appliances and ensure that every customer experiences a unique Miele experience. Thanks to your personal approach, you know how to translate the customer's wishes into the right advice and a successful sale. In this role, you can work both full-time and part-time.

• You advise customers on our premium household appliances, such as kitchen appliances, washing machines, dryers, and accessories;
• You create the ultimate customer experience by combining sincere attention, hospitality, and expert advice;
• You translate the wishes and lifestyle of customers into suitable product advice and know how to optimally utilize sales opportunities;
• You participate daily in training sessions in the fields of product knowledge, hospitality, sales, and brand experience, so that you continue to develop yourself continuously;
• You work closely with colleagues from sales, hospitality, and our chef to offer every visitor an unforgettable Miele experience.
