As a Service Technician/Bicycle Mechanic at Trek Bicycle in Heerlen, you will be part of a close-knit and professional workshop team. Your most important task is to ensure that customers can cycle safely and without worry. You perform repairs and maintenance on various types of bicycles and assemble new bicycles for customers or for the shop. Together with your colleagues, you work towards an efficiently organized workshop and high service quality. You have a passion for bicycles and technology and find it important to continuously develop yourself. In this role, you contribute to the collective goal: an excellent experience for every customer.

• You repair and maintain bicycles of various brands and models
• You assemble new bicycles and accessories
• You perform quality checks to ensure that every bicycle leaves the workshop in top condition
• You advise customers on maintenance and repairs
• You work together with your team to keep the workshop efficient and organized
• Flexibility is highly valued at Trek; you can assist in sales

• You have a passion for bicycles and technology. Preferably in possession of a Bosch certificate
• You are customer-friendly and service-oriented
• You work accurately and with a focus on quality
• You can collaborate well within a team

• You are available for 24 hours per week and can work on Saturdays
• You live in Heerlen or the surrounding area
