As a Working Foreman at Pouw Apeldoorn, you combine technical skills with leadership. You pitch in where necessary, think along about the planning, and together with the workshop manager, ensure that the team can run smoothly.

You will join a collegial workshop team where people stand ready for one another. We find it important that mechanics can think along, that decisions are explained clearly, and that we search for good solutions together. You play an important role in that.

As a Working Foreman, you are an important point of contact in the workshop. You coordinate with mechanics, the workshop manager, service advisors, and sometimes also with customers. Depending on your experience and the planning, you will also perform technical work yourself. You:

You work with Volkswagen, CUPRA, and Škoda. In addition, you have all the resources at your disposal that you may expect from an official dealer: the best equipment, a modern workshop, technical support, and plenty of training opportunities.

You are a technically strong colleague who maintains an overview, communicates clearly, and stands firm in your shoes. You enjoy helping mechanics, thinking along in solutions, and providing direction to the workshop together with the workshop manager.

You do not need to have the loudest voice to lead. However, you know what is going on, you involve your colleagues in decisions, and you ensure that everyone knows where they stand. You can handle pressure, remain calm when it is busy, and keep the atmosphere good.

In Apeldoorn, you will get a role in which you truly have influence on the workshop. You help colleagues further, keep the planning sharp, and together with the team, ensure that customers get back on the road safely and satisfied.

• support the workshop manager in leading the workshop team;
• maintain an overview of the planning and progress of activities;
• help mechanics with technical questions or difficult diagnoses;
• work in the workshop yourself when necessary;
• think along about smart solutions and improvements;
• coordinate with service advisors regarding planning, progress, and specifics;
• ensure that activities are carried out neatly and according to agreement.

At Pouw Apeldoorn, you work in an experienced workshop team. You work together with a workshop manager, 15 mechanics, two tire changers, and two interns. Much knowledge is present and colleagues help each other when necessary.
