CNC milling and lathe operator (working foreman)

• Independently programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling and/or turning machines
• Reading technical drawings and work orders
• Checking the quality of the produced parts
• Finishing welding structures produced by us
• Machining parts for our own products (mostly made of high-strength and wear-resistant material)
• Thinking along about process improvements and efficiency

You will work with high-quality materials and produce precise parts for ourselves and our customers. There is room to grow into the role of working foreman, where in addition to your technical work, you will also take on a coordinating role within the team.

BePe construction develops, produces, and maintains large excavator and loader buckets and machine modifications for the demolition, dredging, earthmoving, and recycling industries. Everything is custom-made, using high-quality steel  and produced quickly at our own location in Eindhoven. We have a large new CNC milling machine with a moving column and are looking for an enterprising extra hand for our machining department! In addition to the CNC milling machine, we also have a CNC lathe.
