The role

Do you occasionally tinker with a bicycle as a hobby and are you good with your hands? With us, you can work and learn at the same time! At Fietsvoordeelshop in Rijswijk, you will get a BBL placement where you will learn everything to grow into a top bicycle mechanic!

What you'll do

As an apprentice bicycle mechanic, you will learn everything about maintaining, repairing, and preparing bicycles for the road. You will work with the latest E-bikes from A-brands, but also with city bikes, transport bikes, and children's bikes. Additionally, you will enjoy helping customers find their ideal bicycle, because your work ensures they can get on the road safely and satisfied. You will be guided by experienced mechanics and sales advisors who will train you step-by-step into a fully qualified professional.

What will you do?

Louwman works together with Innovam and ROC Midden Nederland. This combination furthermore ensures that you learn faster and more efficiently and have a higher success rate compared to another training provider. And the fun part is that you will be in class with your Louwman colleagues. The training is a combination of working and learning. That means you will be working in the workshop four days a week, and have one school day per week. The training courses are held at the Innovam locations in Nieuwengein.

Who are we?

In our stores, you will find a wide assortment of e-bikes, city bikes, and accessories. We combine craftsmanship with customer focus and strive daily to ensure people enjoy cycling.

As a BBL apprentice at Fietsvoordeelshop.nl, you will get the chance to learn the profession in practice. You will work in the shop, learn to tinker with bicycles, and help customers with advice. You will be guided by experienced colleagues and given the space to develop yourself. We are looking for people who enjoy working with their hands, are customer-friendly, and want to grow in the bicycle industry.
