Knowledge in the field of hydraulics, pneumatics and diesel engines.

For this position, the salary is between € 3900 and € 4600 gross per month (based on full-time employment), excluding holiday allowance.
We determine the exact grading based on your knowledge and experience.

This position falls under the CAO Metalektro.

Furthermore, you receive 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days per year (with full-time employment) and holiday allowance.

Travel allowance (23 cents/km), a good pension scheme.

The salary for this position ranges between €3900 and €4600 gross per month (based on a full-time contract), excluding holiday allowance. The exact salary will depend on your knowledge and experience. This position falls under the collective labour agreement Metalektro.

In addition, we offer 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days per year (full-time),holiday allowance, travel expense (23 cents/km), a solid pension scheme.

The mechanical fitters in your team perform assembly work on various sea-going vessels. Disassembling and assembling pumps, winches and propeller shafts, gearboxes and much more. You will be busy managing the team. You determine the optimal work sequence, the number of employees, materials and tools. Where necessary, you work alongside them and ensure that the schedule is met.

Correct preparation, such as determining the work sequence and distributing the work, capacity planning and the presence of tools and materials based on the drawings.

Leading a group of mechanical fitters and ensuring that they perform their work properly.

Following safety and company regulations.

Thinking along in the context of increasing efficiency and promoting company objectives.

Your team of mechanical fitters carries out assembly work on a variety of seagoing vessels. They dismantle and assemble pumps, winches, shafts, gearboxes, and more. You lead the team, set the optimal work order, allocate staff, materials, and tools. Where needed, you join in and ensure the schedule is met.

Prepare work: define work order, distribute tasks, plan capacity, ensure tools and materials are available according to drawings.

Lead a team of mechanical fitters and ensure work is executed properly.

Follow safety and company regulations.

Contribute to efficiency improvements and support company objectives.
