With us, you won't learn the trade in standard residential construction, but you will work on technical installations that you can truly be proud of. You will go out on the road together with experienced technicians and learn something new every day. Whether you choose Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, we ensure that you are trained to become a true specialist.

Thanks to our own engineering, specialist knowledge, and high-quality certifications, we work on projects that many installers do not undertake. As a result, you get the chance to gain experience with modern techniques and innovative installations.

You will join a close-knit team of approximately 30 colleagues. The age of our technicians is between 18 - 59 years. The atmosphere is informal, the lines of communication are short, and colleagues always help each other out.

You will receive a dedicated practical mentor who will teach you the trade step by step. We believe it is important that you ask questions, are allowed to make mistakes, and develop yourself. This way, you grow further every year towards becoming an independent technician.

In addition to hard work, there is also plenty of social fun. We regularly organize outings, have an active WhatsApp group, and like to end the week together with a drink.

You will start between 07:00 and 08:00 at our location in Ulicoten. Together with your mentor, you will step into the work van heading towards the client. You will primarily work on projects within industry, the agricultural sector, and the government. No two days are the same, and you will not encounter private residential construction with us.

You will work mainly in Noord-Brabant, between Breda, Den Bosch, and Eindhoven. Almost all projects are within a one-hour travel time, and you are usually back between 16:00 and 17:00.
