Looking for an HR internship at an organization that everyone knows from the high street? During your internship at AS Watson, known for Kruidvat, Trekpleister, and ICI PARIS XL, you will learn how HR contributes to the daily work in the stores and in the office. You will gain experience in HR practice, work on concrete projects, and see how HR policy is translated to the shop floor. What makes this internship unique? Curious about what you will be doing during your internship?

• Collaborating on HR projects, for example in the areas of absenteeism and unlimited talent. In consultation, we will determine which projects suit you, your learning goals, and your internship assignment.
• Under guidance, you will work on concrete HR projects, where you will receive responsibility for (a part of) the execution.
• You will participate within the HR Business Partner team and learn how HR issues, decision-making, and advising managers look in practice.
• Do you need time for school assignments? That space is naturally available too!
• This internship starts from February 2027 for a duration of at least 5 months, for 4 days per week.

• Quite important: a nice internship allowance of € 500,- gross per month (full-time), days off, and time for your studies. We find your studies important. And additionally, we want you to feel good in your own skin. That is why you will also receive two days off per month based on 40 hours, so that you can relax a little alongside your internship and studies.
• Hybrid working is very common for us and always happens in good consultation. So, working from home is also possible for your internship.
