What we're looking for

You are pursuing a higher professional education (HBO) or university degree in the direction of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or another relevant field of study.
You are available from 1 February 2027 for a period of at least 20 weeks. It is possible to complete a research assignment during this internship.
You are available at least four days per week and are willing to come into the office to work
You handle data confidentially
You are eager to learn, service-oriented, and proactive
You work accurately and in a structured manner
You have a professional command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written

The role

During this internship, you will fully participate within the People Services team and learn how HR processes work in practice. An important part of your activities consists of maintaining accurate personnel administration and supporting the onboarding of new colleagues. Additionally, you will answer various questions from managers and employees regarding HR matters, such as changes and procedures. Within the team, you will actively contribute ideas for improvements in our service delivery and get the chance to contribute to smooth HR operations through various projects. You will also help organize activities for interns at the head office. In this way, you truly become part of the team and leave something valuable behind.
