During this working internship, you will be fully involved within our Learning & Development department. You will not only support daily activities, but you will also get the chance to think along about new learning initiatives and development opportunities within the organization.

• Thinking along about and developing creative learning initiatives;

• Supporting the development, implementation, and evaluation of e-learnings in our LMS;

• Contributing to the improvement of learning processes;

• Helping with internal communication regarding training and development initiatives.

• Supporting the planning and organization of training and education;

• Maintaining contact with participants, trainers, and training partners;

• Maintaining student and course data in our LMS (Learning Management System);

• Organizing meetings such as diploma ceremonies, kick-offs, and training days.
