HBO Internship: Quality Systems Training Optimization

• An internship allowance of €500 gross per month.

We are looking for an intern for Quality Systems: Training Optimization

• Analyze the current training approach and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop a logical training structure based on function- and task-oriented learning paths.
• Set up training modules and curricula.
• Design a user-friendly dashboard, preferably using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Draft procedures and management agreements for sustainable use.
• Develop an implementation plan for further rollout within Abbott.

During this internship, you will design a smart and future-proof training structure and develop a dashboard that allows managers to easily track the training status and employability of employees. Your solution will contribute to more efficiency, less administration, and better compliance.
