• Gross monthly salary between €3,965 and €6,230, depending on knowledge and experience, including holiday allowance, profit sharing, a fixed expense allowance and a work-from-home allowance per working day.

You will become part of the Microsoft Consulting & Innovation (Platforms) team, which helps organizations accelerate digital transformation within the full Microsoft ecosystem. We combine technical expertise with domain knowledge to build secure, scalable, and future-proof Power Platform solutions.

With your experience in Field Service and service processes, you will help organizations make their field service operations smarter, more efficient, and more data-driven. You will work with clients from various sectors and use Dynamics 365 Field Service to optimize service processes.

Working within the Microsoft Consulting & Innovation (Platforms) team, you will work on implementations of Field Service solutions, focused on scheduling, asset management, mobile support, and smart service.

• Leading the design and configuration of Field Service solutions.
• Implementing work orders, assets, agreement flows, and maintenance processes.
• Configuring mobile applications and offline capabilities.
• Optimizing planning, capacity, and resource scheduling.
• Leading workshops, analyses, and future-state design.
• Advising on best practices and platform capabilities.
• Collaborating with architects and developers.
• Supporting presales.

• You have an affinity with (generative) AI and are motivated to actively apply this technology in your daily work
