• Making healthcare better.
• Structuring strategic issues for healthcare organizations and other parties in healthcare and translating them into concrete choices and perspectives for action.
• Independently leading workstreams within strategy, transformation, and improvement trajectories.
• Performing complex quantitative and qualitative analyses and translating the most important insights into clear, board-relevant advice.
• Preparing and facilitating workshops, interviews, and working sessions with clients.
• Providing substantive guidance to consultants and interns and helping them develop.
• Developing new solutions together with clients and colleagues for issues surrounding, among other things, accessibility, quality, affordability, collaboration, and the organization of care.
• Contributing to client development, proposals, propositions, and thought leadership within KPMG Health.

As a senior consultant, you independently lead important workstreams within projects and provide substantive direction to consultants and interns. You structure complex issues, perform and supervise analyses, translate insights into sharp advice, and present these to clients. You are an active partner for management, boards, and other stakeholders in healthcare, helping clients move from analysis and strategy to concrete choices and change.

In addition, you actively contribute to the development of our team. You help further develop propositions and new services, contribute to commercial trajectories, and help build our knowledge and visibility in the healthcare sector. In doing so, you regularly work together with colleagues from other disciplines, such as finance, digital, data & analytics, and implementation.

• Gross monthly salary between € 3,965 and € 5,050 depending on your work experience, profit sharing, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed work-from-home allowance per working day.
