The team ensures that data and AI initiatives do not stall in a report or a pilot. We bring structure, direction, and execution, from the initial problem analysis to a scalable solution in production.

As Unit Lead Strategy & Delivery, you are the architect behind the methodology with which Xomnia guides clients from a problem to a working solution. You combine strategic thinking with a sharp sense of delivery, and you know how to grow a team of seven professionals in that capability.

You hold ultimate responsibility for everything touching the unit: the proposition, the people, the quality, and the growth. Working closely with the CEO and the MT to make the right impact. This is not a remote management position: you deliver billable work yourself, because you know what high-quality delivery requires.

Proposition & market

• You define and sharpen the Strategy & Delivery proposition: what Xomnia offers, for which target audience, and why that is distinctive.

• You translate developments in sectors such as energy, financial services, retail, and the public sector into concrete opportunities and new services.

• You lead pre-sales processes: from the first conversation to a detailed proposal and a convincing pitch.

Delivery & quality

• You are the senior quality owner of the competence: you set the standard and safeguard it in every client project.

• You manage the full delivery lifecycle: from scoping and solutioning to delivery and safeguarding results.

• You build methodologies, frameworks, and reusable assets that capture Xomnia's knowledge and make it scalable.

People & development

• You lead a team of seven consultants and engineers and are responsible for their growth, staffing, and job satisfaction.

• You develop clear career paths, both in content and seniority, so people know what they are working towards.

• You create an environment in which curiosity is rewarded and people bring out the best in themselves.

Growth & collaboration

• You contribute to the revenue and margin targets of the competence and the organization as a whole.

• You work together with the COO on capacity planning and staffing.

• You leverage cross-competence opportunities, together with the AI Solutions, Analytics, and Data Platforms competences.

• You have extensive experience as a consultant or program manager in data and AI-driven environments and have demonstrably led trajectories from problem definition to working solutions.

• You combine strategic thinking with a sense of execution: you know what works in practice.

• You have experience in one or more of our sectors: energy & infra, financial services, retail, or the public sector.

• You are commercially minded: you build sustainable relationships, recognize opportunities, and win the trust of senior stakeholders.

• As a people leader, you derive energy from the development of others, not just your own.

• You are curious about what AI and data make possible and know how to convey that curiosity to clients and colleagues.

• You communicate clearly and persuasively, in both Dutch and English.

• A base salary between €8,000 and €10,000 per month

• A phone allowance.

• The possibility to participate via Stock Appreciation Rights, so you can grow along with Xomnia's success

• €5,000 learning budget per year.

• 25 vacation days.

• An office in the center of Amsterdam, with our own boat that we make frequent use of.
