What you'll do
Public organizations face complex societal challenges. Which course will they take, which policy choices belong with that, and what does this require from implementation? As a manager, you help administrators and management teams to answer these questions and translate their ambitions into actionable choices. Your focus lies on strategy and policy, with an eye for the organization and the people who put this into practice. You lead advisory processes, connect administrative ambitions with implementation practice, and contribute to our services for the public sector.
You work for ministries, executive agencies, and other public service providers. You guide clients with strategic and policy-related issues: from clarifying societal challenges and weighing options to determining a course and an actionable change agenda. You are a strategic partner for administrators and management teams and reduce complex administrative issues to clear choices. You lead project teams and safeguard the quality of our advice. Where a mandate requires organizational development or implementation, you work together with colleagues with the expertise required for that.
How you'll work

Your office
Our office in Amsterdam is located in the Zuidas: a vibrant place where many companies are established. In our Cross Towers, no fewer than 1,500 people are welcomed every day upon arrival. Your skills and abilities | About your unique contribution
- You have at least six years of relevant experience with strategic or policy-oriented advisory issues and their translation into organization and implementation, preferably in consultancy or in an advisory or change role within the public domain.
- You have led complex advisory or change processes and have experience in managing and developing project teams.
- You are a strong partner for administrators and management teams. You connect sharp analyses with administrative sensitivity and actionable advice.
- You are entrepreneurial, actively build client relationships, and contribute to new assignments as well as to services and approaches that colleagues can also apply.
- You have excellent command of the Dutch and English languages and have an affinity with public organizations.

We connect strategic and policy expertise with knowledge of governance, processes, technology, and change. We assemble project teams based on the client's request and the necessary expertise. As a result, you also work together with colleagues from Public Operations and other relevant disciplines. You contribute to our expertise in the field of strategy and policy. Together with colleagues, you develop our services and approaches, share insights from assignments, and help consultants to develop themselves.
