The role

Do you get energy from solving complex business problems using data and technology? Are you looking for a consultancy role in which you can combine data analysis, business transformation, and emerging technologies while simultaneously collaborating with leading organizations? Then our SAP Data & Insights team is the place for you.

As a Senior Consultant, you help clients to optimally leverage the value of their data and translate complex business issues into practical, data-driven solutions. You take responsibility for workflows within projects, advise clients on reporting and analytics solutions, and contribute to successful transformation programs. At the same time, you coach junior colleagues and help to further develop our Data & Insights capability.

What you'll do

As a Senior Consultant within our SAP Data & Insights team, you help clients convert data into valuable insights and measurable business improvements. You work in multidisciplinary teams, in which you translate complex business problems into practical solutions in the fields of data, reporting, and analytics. In doing so, you take responsibility for workflows, from design through to implementation.

You contribute to diverse projects, from enterprise reporting and dashboards to process analytics, data platforms, and large-scale SAP transformations. Although SAP forms an important part of our expertise, we always choose the technologies and methodologies that best align with the client's needs. You work with solutions such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Business Data Cloud and additionally explore the possibilities of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI).

In your role, you build sustainable relationships of trust with stakeholders, bridge the gap between business and technology, and guide project teams toward successful results. Additionally, you coach junior colleagues and contribute to the further growth of our Data & Insights capability through knowledge sharing and proposition development.

Continuous learning and development forms an important part of your professional growth. Through training, certifications, research & development, and learning on the job, you will continue to further strengthen your technical expertise, consultancy skills, and leadership qualities.
