The role

Within the Finance Transformation & Performance team, we are looking for a manager with specific experience within the Financial Services sector and the issues that arise here (such as increasing laws and regulations, digitalization, and higher requirements for steering and transparency).

As a manager, you are a trusted sparring partner for clients and colleagues. You direct project teams, translate analyses into clear recommendations, and ensure the successful realization of impactful changes. Additionally, you coach colleagues in their development, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to the further growth of our proposition within the Financial Services market.

What you'll do

  • Advising on the design of a future-proof finance function and performance management within organizations in the financial sector.
  • Leading complex projects within the CFO domain, where you monitor both the content and the process and direct, coach, and help consultants further their development.
