The role

At Rivoir, you are much more than a financial specialist. You are the financial sparring partner who translates complex analyses into strategic decisions, thereby contributing to the performance of some of the largest infrastructure projects in the Netherlands and Europe.

As a Project Finance Manager, you are responsible for the financial performance of some of the largest and most complex infrastructure projects in the Netherlands and Europe. From highways and public buildings to renewable energy projects: you ensure that these long-term investments remain financially healthy and future-proof.

You work together with investors, banks, shareholders, and multidisciplinary project teams. You analyze complex financial issues, translate insights into strategic choices, and contribute directly to infrastructure used by millions of people every day.

This is how you make an impact. Not only on projects, but also on society.

What you'll do

  • You are responsible for the financial performance of one or more concession projects.

  • You develop, maintain, and analyze financial project models.

  • You prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports.

  • You monitor financing agreements, covenants, and treasury activities.

  • You provide reporting for shareholders, banks, and management.

  • You advise project teams on financial risks, opportunities, and scenarios.

  • You support refinancings, business cases, and investment issues.

  • You maintain relationships with banks, shareholders, accountants, and external advisors.

  • You actively contribute to improving financial processes, governance, and reporting.

About the role

At Rivoir, we manage infrastructure projects throughout their entire life cycle. That means our work does not stop as soon as a project is built. On the contrary. During concession periods lasting decades, we ensure that projects continue to perform financially healthily and continue to create value.

As a Project Finance Manager, you are responsible for one or more concession projects housed in a Special Purpose Company (SPC). You are the financial sparring partner to Investment Managers, Business Managers, Asset Managers, and external stakeholders such as shareholders, banks, accountants, and advisors.

You combine financial analysis, project finance, treasury, governance, and stakeholder management to keep projects predictable and manageable. In doing so, you look beyond the numbers alone. You understand how contracts, financing, risks, and operational performance influence each other and translate this interconnectedness into clear advice and concrete actions.

No two days are the same. One day you are working on a financial model or quarterly report, the next day you are discussing a business case with investors or advising a project team on financial risks and opportunities.

You will receive a lot of responsibility, a lot of freedom, and the opportunity to further develop yourself within complex infrastructure and investment projects.

About you

You are analytically strong and energized by complex financial issues. You are curious, take responsibility, and enjoy collaborating with different disciplines. You think beyond the numbers and know how to translate financial insights into practical solutions and strategic advice.

Why work at Rivoir?

At Rivoir, you get the chance to work on projects that matter. You become part of a growing international organization where entrepreneurship, collaboration, and personal development are central.

You receive a lot of responsibility, work closely with experienced colleagues, and have direct contact with investors, banks, and other important stakeholders.

In addition, we invest heavily in your development through the Rivoir Academy, coaching, and knowledge sharing. In this way, we are not only building infrastructure, but also your career.

Ready to make an impact?

Do you want to work on projects that literally keep the Netherlands and Europe moving? And do you want to apply your financial expertise within an organization where development, entrepreneurship, and collaboration are central?
