As a Manager Corporate Finance, you provide direction to M&A processes and work together with a team of driven colleagues. You lead transaction teams, monitor progress, and ensure that analyses, valuations, and transaction documentation come together in clear and well-founded advice. You are a regular interlocutor for clients and interact intensively with Directors and Partners.

In addition to your role in transactions, you play an active role in the development of the team. You guide Senior Consultants and Consultants in their technical and professional growth and ensure strong collaboration within the team. You also contribute to expanding client relationships and further strengthening our Corporate Finance practice. Within BDO, humanity, fun, development, and professionalism are central. How do you ensure oversight, direction, and quality in complex M&A processes as a Manager Corporate Finance? Ultimately, it is also important that you possess:

• In-depth experience with M&A processes
• Demonstrable experience with valuations and complex financial analyses
• Leadership experience in a professional advisory environment
• At least 6-8 years of relevant work experience
• A completed university degree
• Are a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both Dutch and English
