What will you do as Senior Manager Finance Transformation & Digital Core?

You will help the Finance Transformation & Digital Core (FTDC) team grow and support clients in innovating and transforming their finance function. You understand the challenges facing CFOs and translate these into powerful, innovative solutions. In doing so, you will have the space to further expand the team and contribute to the development of Capgemini Invent.

In this role, you will work on:

• Think along with CFOs about the transformation and innovation of their finance function, for example with efficient data analytics
• Act as a point of contact for clients and internal colleagues in the field of Finance Transformation and bear responsibility for projects within this domain
• Recognize and help develop opportunities with existing and new clients, while leading a team within a diverse and international Competence Unit and supporting colleagues to get the best out of themselves
• Further help Capgemini Invent by connecting knowledge and expertise, providing support where necessary, and collaborating on client propositions.

Experience level: Senior

You have:

• At least 8 years of work experience in consultancy and extensive experience with the full or partial management of projects in the field of Digital Transformation, preferably within Finance
• A completed master's degree, for example in Finance, International Business, Strategic Management, Law, Business Administration, or Economics
• Knowledge of accounting, management reporting, and planning processes, combined with good knowledge of and experience with digital tools within finance
• Strongly developed advisory, communication, and presentation skills, the ability to analyze complex issues under time pressure, and experience in leading and connecting teams
• Excellent oral and written command of Dutch, at least B2 level, and English. For this role, it is necessary that you reside in the Netherlands.
