Duty Maintenance Supervisor

• You have a completed MBO education.

• At least 3 years of experience as a (lead) Aircraft Maintenance Technician.

• Knowledge of EASA regulations is required.

• You master the Dutch and English languages in speech and writing.

• A base salary between 3,858.- and 4,978.- per month.

• A shift allowance of approximately 950.- gross per month (depending on the roster).

You work within our Aircraft Maintenance teams in day, evening, night, and weekend shifts (24/7). Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and managing maintenance activities.

• Efficient deployment of resources and people to deliver aircraft to customers on time.

• Functional leadership of your colleagues within aircraft maintenance.

• Setting priorities and making decisions in collaboration with customers.

• Supervising compliance with safety rules, procedures, and EASA legislation (Part 145).

• Monitoring and recording the progress of projects and the status of the fleet.

We are a leading maintenance service provider for aircraft up to 150 passengers, specializing in the maintenance of Embraer aircraft. As part of a large aviation group, we are responsible for performing line maintenance on regional aircraft at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and for various other airlines.
