What we're looking for

At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector.
A connector of people, business, and information.
Experience with writing User stories and drafting requirements
Ability to make the translation between IT and the Business.
Completed HBO/WO (Higher Professional/University) education.
Open to temporary consultancy assignments in the public sector.
Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

The role

As a business analyst, you play a crucial role in the translation from business to IT for clients in the public sector. Business analysts are the substantive analysis experts within the project organization. They are a full partner for all stakeholders (business and product owners, project managers, architects, developers). You put business analysis into practice for our clients by performing requirements assessments, process analysis and improvement, and tool selection and implementation.

Additionally, you align wishes and the roadmap with our clients' environments and use your domain knowledge to ensure changes succeed, and you actively contribute to the expansion and further development of Public Consulting.
