BPM Business Analyst

Within this role, you act as the key link between the business, IT, and architecture, and carry the responsibility for converting business problems into supported software solutions. All with a view to increasing the operational excellence and innovation of our clients.

As a BPM Business Analyst, you combine 'traditional' business analysis with a more technologically oriented role. Based on business requirements, you draft clear user stories and translate these into innovative and (re)usable solutions using the latest BPM technology. In doing so, you test the feasibility of the various solutions, ensure quality, and work together with the technical team of System Architects to develop the applications.

• A permanent contract

• Annual salary range: €60k - 85k

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience with business analysis

• A completed HBO or WO degree

• Knowledge of and experience with IT and business architecture

• Familiar with Agile and/or Scrum

• Experience with various modeling tools and techniques

• Ideally experience with Business Process Management and a platform and/or the willingness to learn new technologies (Pega)

• A drive to continuously develop yourself and others and to share knowledge

• Strong analytical skills

But you are also…

You are an experienced Business Analyst and preferably have experience with Business Process Management and a BPM platform, or have the willingness to learn this. Additionally, communication and stakeholder management are second nature to you.
