As Operations Supervisor, you are the driving force behind a smoothly running warehouse. You ensure that our customers - health insurers, professionals, and clients - can rely on fast and correct service delivery. You guide the team, monitor the quality of our services, and create a work environment in which people enjoy working together and growing.

Location: Leeuwarden
Hours: 38 hours

• Directing, coaching, and developing the team.
• Monitoring service levels, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Optimizing work processes and information provision.
• Acting as a point of contact for colleagues and chain partners.
• Collaborating with other departments to handle files in a timely and careful manner.
• Actively contributing to an inclusive, safe, and positive team culture.

What you bring

• At least 5 years of experience in a coordinating or leadership role within a service-oriented (preferably logistics) environment.
• MBO-4 level working and thinking ability (preferably with a completed education in a logistics direction)
• Strong communication skills and a coaching leadership style.
• Solution-oriented thinking and the ability to set priorities.
• Affinity with healthcare, medical aids, or service provision.
• An open attitude, empathy, and the drive to continuously improve.
