A strong production organization is not just about output. It is about people who make the difference, processes that continuously improve, and making the right choices based on data and insight. Job satisfaction forms an important foundation in this: when employees feel good in their roles and work with pleasure, the entire organization benefits from it.
You know, and understand, how a technical production process is structured. You can assess where risks arise, which competencies are needed, and what is required to enable teams to perform successfully.
As Supervisor Operations, you are responsible for the daily management and performance of a production department. You lead your own team of operators and ensure that people, processes, and resources work together optimally to achieve the desired results.
You combine people-oriented leadership with a sharp focus on operational performance and continuous improvement.
You make the difference by connecting people, processes, and performance.
No day goes exactly as planned. As Supervisor Operations, you maintain an overview, set the right priorities, and ensure that safety, quality, and productivity remain at level. You are visible on the shop floor, develop your team, and play an important role in improvements and growth, such as building new teams and expanding production activities for existing and new customers.
Responsible for the overall performance of your team in terms of output, quality, safety, and behavior.
Coaching and developing employees on a technical, personal, and professional level.
Realizing reliable production output within agreed quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
Monitoring a feasible production and capacity plan and adjusting in a timely manner where necessary.
Analyzing KPIs, production data, and operational results to identify opportunities for improvement.
Creating a safe, inclusive, and professional working environment in which employees can develop.
Acting as a connecting link between production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and management.
