• A completed HBO (Higher Professional Education) degree in a paramedical field
  (occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or movement technology)
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience within healthcare or social support

• A proactive attitude and the ability to think along with the client
• Clear communication and the ability to make clear agreements
• Empathy and a sense for the interests of others
• You handle emotions carefully and can set boundaries at the same time

Salary: € 3,489.00 to a maximum of € 4,450.00 gross per month based on 38 hours per week.

Hours: 32-38h per week

• A salary between € 3,489 and € 4,450 gross per month (38 hours, reference date February 1, 2026)
• 24 vacation days and ADV (reduction of working hours) according to the Motor Vehicle & Two-Wheeler Industry collective labor agreement

You ensure that personal aids align optimally with the user's specific needs. Through your expertise and personal approach, you make a daily difference for both clients and healthcare professionals.

In this role, you combine personal advice with technical and process-related coordination.

• You conduct conversations with clients to explore their needs, focusing on mobility
• You translate the requirements program into a suitable and adequate aid
• You coordinate the ordering process within the organization
• You advise on technical adjustments regarding functional problems
• You maintain contact with paramedics and indexers
• You act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• You identify bottlenecks in processes and actively contribute ideas for improvements
