Line Supervisor

As a Line Supervisor at Lamb Weston EMEA, you play a key role in realizing our planned potato production - safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards. You ensure that production processes run smoothly, with an eye for yield, (food) safety, the environment, and compliance with laws and regulations.

No two days are the same. You react quickly to disruptions in the production process, think along regarding technical challenges, and find practical solutions. In doing so, you work intensively with various departments, such as Production (Packaging, Logistics, Facilities), Planning, and the Technical Service. Together, you ensure an optimal production environment.

You lead a team of 8 to 10 employees and know how to coach and motivate your team members to further develop their performance and skills. You create a positive working atmosphere in which collaboration, safety, and open communication are central. By continuously engaging in dialogue with your employees, you build a strong and committed team. Together, you ensure a flawless production process, where the correct supply of raw materials, processing aids, packaging materials, and additives is always guaranteed. This concerns a position in the 5-shift rotation and you report to the Area Manager Frozen.

Line Supervisor

(5-shift rotation)

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in engineering, logistics, food technology, or business administration. Or an MBO+ diploma;
• You are willing to continuously develop yourself using both internal and external opportunities;
• Affinity with leadership, technology, and organizing business processes;
• Preferably at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position within the food industry;
• You are a communicative team player focused on achieving results and use coaching leadership to get the best out of your team;
• You are energetic, proactive, flexible, and have proven leadership skills.
