The role

At Kersten Hulpmiddelen, it is all about people. As a Logistics Advisory Assistant (Delivery Driver), you are the face of Kersten to the client. You ensure that aids are delivered and installed on time, correctly, and with personal attention. With your service-oriented attitude, you make a difference in people's homes.

What you'll do

In this varied role, you combine logistics work with personal contact.

You load your van with the correct aids for that day
You transport aids to clients (or healthcare institutions) and assemble or disassemble them on location
You adjust aids in consultation with the client (or healthcare professionals)
You provide clear explanations regarding use and answer questions
You handle the administration so that issuance is correctly registered
You collect aids from clients (or healthcare institutions) and check their condition
You report any defects and process the collection carefully
